Randolyn has directed Men of Tortuga (Vt & NYC) The Seagull, Uncle Vanya, The Cherry Orchard, Exit The King and Playing With Fire for the company. Other productions include her own Portrait of Frida, The House of Bernarda Alba, Vinegar Tom, Our Town, and All My Sons for The Williamstown Theatre Festival, Circle in the Square, Juilliard, and The Theatre Company at Hubbard Hall. New Georges produced her play Frank/Frank in New York, which she also directed. Her play Lucy’s Wedding has been read at E. S. T., Dorset Theatre Festival, and Manhattan Theatre Club. A recent reading of her newest play, The Anniversary Party, featured Austin Pendleton in a title role.
Her choreographic work includes the original Pulitzer-prize-winning production of Sunday in the Park with George on Broadway, Guys and Dolls at the Guthrie, as well as two Shakespeare plays with director Liviu Cuilei; Electra, and Ring Round The Moon at Juilliard with Michael Kahn; Stravinsky’s L’histoire du Soldat with the New York Philharmonic, and Jack Heifner’s Colette: Music Hall Sidelights at the Lion Theatre Co. She also choreographed two films starring Harvey Keitel, and has taught actors at Julliard and currently at Circle in the Square Professional Theatre School.
Zinn is also a writer. Two of her short stories were nominated for the Pushcart Prize, and her novel won the 2003 Chapbook Competition at the New School, where she earned an MFA in Creative Writing. She now teaches fiction and playwriting at Pace University and contributes essays to the online digest 3Quarksdaily.com.
Allen, is a co-founder, producer and actor at LRT, who has played Trigorin in The Seagull, Dr. Astrov in Uncle Vanya, Gayev in The Cherry Orchard, The Guard in Exit the King, Tom Avery in Men of Tortuga (VT and NYC) and Directed G.B.Shaw's Overruled for LRT. He can be seen in the upcoming The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon, The Kindergarten Teacher with Maggie Ghylenhaal, Vinyl on HBO, Law And Order C.I., on film Martha Marcy May Marlene.
